This work is designed for grey-area drinkers. People who function well, often achieve a lot, and yet sense that alcohol has quietly become a default. A way to unwind, fill time, soften emotions, or manage the pace and pressure of daily life.

I bring many years of professional experience to this work, including a much loved career as a substance and alcohol misuse nurse in London. During that time, I supported people across the full spectrum of alcohol use, from early concerns to more entrenched patterns. That experience now underpins my coaching approach. It is informed, compassionate, and rooted in a deep understanding of how alcohol interacts with stress, emotions, identity, and behaviour.
